Happy 25th birthday Mr. Bear! Homemade fudge!
December 18, 2010
Today was another great day! We saw
Yogi Bear in the theater, again
in 3D!
(Wikipedia,
Movie-Trailer.com and
Yahoo! Movies).
A few people in the theatre seemed surprised to see TwoBears at a movie about two bears.

Today was a great day! We saw
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
in 3D!
(Wikipedia,
Movie-Trailer.com and
Yahoo! Movies).
After the movie we went home and had a fondue meal! Tammie bought a cheese fondue from
Trader Joe's and we had bread and ham with it. For dessert we had chocolate fondue
with marshmallows, graham crackers, strawberries, pound cake and banana rum cake!
November 26, 2010 to November 28, 2010
We had a short getaway after Thanksgiving. On Friday we met grammy and pappy at The Castle
Bed and Breakfast in Mt. Savage, MD. It's not really a castle, but it was nice. Saturday we got on the
Western Maryland Scenic Railroad, from Cumberland, MD, to Frostburg, MD. We sat
inside the train, even though that's not what the pictures imply. We picked the first Santa Express of the season,
so we got our picture taken with him! We even saw snow! Frostburg has a train turntable, so we saw the locomotive
swing around.
October 24, 2010
We were at Grammy's and Pappy's house, and found that our picture was finally hung on the wall with
all of our cousins' pictures.
September 5, 2010
We found a new restaurant to add to our favorites! Grilled Cheeese & Co.
August 29, 2010
Today we found our very first Geocache,
GCMDJ3!
August 28, 2010 to August 31, 2010
We went away for a few days and had some fun! We stayed at the
DoubleTree hotel in
Charlottsville, VA, for one night. While we were there we got the cookies and milk tray and the cheese and fruit tray! Yum!
We did use our new GPS to find snacks!
The next day we went to Massanutten Resort near McGaheysville, VA. The resort is
in a valley. We liked the Woodstone Meadows area at Massanutten.
On our way home, we stopped at Cinnamon Bear Bakery & Deli in Harrisonburg, VA. The sweet rolls were great! Unfortunately we couldn't find
an official web site, but here's a
Google Search.
August 19, 2010
We just got a GPS so we can travel more! Well, Paul bought it for Tammie for their anniversary, but we'll claim it as ours.
Their anniversary isn't for another month, but we're going on a trip next week-end, so Tammie got it early. It's a
Garmin nuvi 855.
Now we should be able to find chocolate and milk and cheese more easily!
August 9, 2010 to August 13, 2010
Cousin Rebekah came for an visit. We still slept quite a bit.
August 8, 2010 to August 9, 2010
Cousin Anna came back for an overnight visit.
August 7, 2010
We went to Frederick, MD, so Tammie and Paul could see Red Green live
at the Weinberg Center for the Arts.
July 26, 2010 to July 30, 2010
Cousin Lozetta came for a visit. We slept most of the time.
July 19, 2010 to July 26, 2010
Cousin Anna came for a visit. We slept most of the time.
June 25, 2010 to June 27, 2010
We went to the annual book sale in York, PA! That was lots of fun! We got over 50 books for $10! Use
http://www.booksalefinder.com to find book sales in your area!
While we were there we stayed at the Candlelight Inn Bed and Breakfast in Ronks, PA (in Lancaster County).
The Inn is right across the street from Jennie's Diner,
which has really good food (particularly blueberry pancakes) and HUGE portions. Highly recommended. Paul and Tammie saw
Joseph
at Sight and Sound theater in Lancaster (actually Ronks), on Saturday.
June 10, 2010
Happy 10 Adoption Day, Bobo!
May 6, 2010 to May 10, 2010
We went to Virginia to see our cousin Anna in her annual dance recital. (She claims we're not cousins since we're bears and
she isn't.) We stayed at the Best Western in a room that looked like a tower in a castle! Then we went to Colonial Beach, VA, and
stayed at The Plaza Bed and Breakfast for two nights.
February 14, 2010
We have our own chocolate company!
TwoBearsChocolates.com! Well...that's not quite true.
Maybe someone named a chocolate company after us? Or someone saw our web page and thought TwoBears was
a great name for a chocolate company? We're not sure, but we wish it was named after us! Since it's called Two Bears Chocolates,
we had to try their chocolate! We were able to sneak a box to see if it mets our quality standards.
Actually, Paul bought these for Tammie for
Valentine's Day,
but...they didn't last long.
